We finally found Cruisers after a long search for a disabled access coach. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable for places to visit. Our Driver Mat (with one T) was excellent with our members and it’s not easy loading electric wheelchairs and loading walkers and scooters, we will definitely be booking them for all our trips.

I work for a pan-disability charity (Ruils) and we used their accessible coach to take us to and from parliament. The driver, Mat, was so welcoming, kind and made our wheelchair users feel really comfortable. The coach was immaculate and we all felt a bit like VIPs! Will definitely be using the service again!
