Terms & Conditions of hire – Coaches
Payment may be made by single cheque, credit card or cash but this payment must be received at least fourteen days prior to the date of hire. If booking less than fourteen days prior to date of hire, full payment is required immediately.
Clients who have accounts with Cruisers Limited must send confirmation of their requirements by letter or email. Payment should be made within twenty eight days after the date of hire, by cheque or bank transfer.
The full hire charge is payable if cancellation takes place less than fourteen days before the date of hire. Prior to this there is no cancellation fee.
Whilst every effort will be made to operate the hire according to the route and times as per confirmation, Cruisers Limited cannot be held responsible in the event of delays which are out of their control.
There can be no variation to the times or route in the movement details, nor will the vehicle be available between the outward set down and return pick up unless agreed and confirmed by Cruisers Limited in advance of the date of hire. Drivers will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the times shown. Cruisers Limited accept no responsibility for passengers left as a result.
Cruisers Limited are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions owned by passengers.
Any onboard facilities are provided without liability, and Cruisers Limited are not responsible for any claim so related.
Cruisers Limited take every care to provide a vehicle in first class order. We ask passengers to respect our vehicles for their comfort and safety.
Cruiser will not be responsible for providing child seats.
Smoking, and the use of, and or carriage of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Passengers are requested not to consume food on our vehicles unless specifically agreed in advance by Cruisers Limited. No glass receptacles at any time.
The hirer is responsible for the actions of all passengers throughout the period of hire. A charge will be made for cleaning, repair and/or replacement of any item, surface, accessory, or vehicle poar, damage, broken, defaced or soiled as a result of misconduct of the passengers.
